"I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. "This property was pet friendly and easily accessible. The staff were very nice and answered my questions. Our room had a large stain on the floor and they noted that in my staylog so I wouldn’t be charged for it"
