the location was the top property draw, used pool, nice view of lake. room was small (got the cheapest), they do have Villas. I was surprised parking was by valet. hotel worked for 2 nights close to lake and Santiago. Food was fresh and good.

Property is beautiful, swimming pools, hiking trails are really nice. There are several different ones, through the woods or a beautiful path with lots of flowers and well lit at night. You can push a wheel chair thru this path. Love that they set out coffee and cookies in the morning and evenings. Did not like that you can hear lots of noise in room. At night you can hear the start of an engine and people honking. The price was great. Room is small. Enjoyed our stay.

I think it was a bad day to go, because Front desk were not the friendliest that day. Very short and annoyed you would ask them question. The room was very small, maybe two people at most. Food and pool were great though!

Beautiful hotel, but it’s going under renovation at the upper floors so you can expect a lot of noise. Great staff, nice view and wonderful spa, but given the renovations you can expect noise and some areas need better maintenance.
