"I stayed seven nights and the Property Manager Mr. Fernando made sure I felt comfortable and I stayed in a very nice room and had everything I was asked for. The staff was friendly, helpful, the facility is very clean and had a very beautiful court yard to sit and relax. The bedding was very clean, quiet at night, the room I had is very modern and beautiful. I would stay here again if I come to Salta next time. The staff was very helpful as well the restaurant staff also, always very pleasant....

Girls in charge are always ready to help anytime and WhatsApp messages replied in minutes!
(the only little thing I would recommend to owner is to renew the towels which although very clean, are old and ROUGH... not pleasant).
We had a great experience in this beautiful big home restored to work as an hotel now!!
Estefi is a beautiful person who served us breakfast even earlier than scheduled because we needed to get out very early for a tour.
That was so kind!!!!!!

"Llamamos desde el aeropuerto para preguntar por el servicio de transfer y nos informan que el fin de semana largo de noviembre el hotel permanecia cerrado y que se olvidaron de dar de baja el aviso en Expedia. Impresentables.
Ni el hotel ni Expedia pudieron reubicarnos en ningun otro hotel. No volvere a elegir a ninguno de los dos servicios."

"Very poor service! I arrived a Saturday at 4:30am because of my flight arrival time from Peru , the room was available at noon only which I was able to understand but they even denied me the right to rest on a chair in the lobby to get warm so I had to be outside walking on the winter freezing streets of the city - Salta-till I found a coffee shop open around 7am. What a horrible and cruel memory. I stayed for 3 nights, I had to beg that they clean the room and change towels the very last day....

"The property is very very old. The chair (which I took a picture) should really go to recycle bin, not in the room.
I am shocked that they put faked or photoshopped pictures on the website and dare to charge over a hundred dollars. Stay away! Stay away!
I booked the hotel from July 25 to 27 2023 and after I left my suitcases in the room for two minutes, I felt I needed to find another reasonably decent hotel, because this is not. And I did find one nearby.
So the conclusion is, this should NOT...

"La chambre etait correct, le personnel tres gentil et un emplacement securitaire pour ma moto.
Faut toujours laisser une appréciation selon le prix que l'on paie, et dans mon cas, avec une grosse reduction, je peux pas me plaindre, c etait meme genial avec le petit dejeuner inclus."
