This was a clean room with a comfortable, big bed. The continental breakfast in the morning was great, got to make myself a waffle! I ended up having to take an uber to the hotel, but it was a quick, cheap ride. This room was perfect for what I needed.

So when I got to the room I dropped my phone. I had to get down and I noticed that there was an empty can under the bead. Mind you I just got in. So it definitely was not mine. Then the water pressure sucked in the shower. Also my plane landed really late. I told them this and they said it was fine. To call when I get outside. Then told that they closed the shuttle. So after I had to find a uber. Checked in fast after that. Breakfast was good. But that’s my rating

Had a smooth checkin with a friendly staffer, and was able to get a ground floor room (so helpful as we were traveling with two cats and several suitcases). The room itself was lovely and spacious, and as a bonus had a bed that the cats could not get under (one likes to hide, making checkout an ordeal depending on the room). There are a few restaurants nearby, but we doordashed dinner to our room. The location and property felt safe and was quiet.

When I travel to Salt Lake City, I always choose this location. Specifically because it's the best home away from home. Cleanliness 10/10, Staff 10/10, Amenities 10/10. It's a very central location and yet so peaceful, easy access to highways, and just a few minute drive from downtown or west valley.
