This hotel was gross! Walking in the front doors, I knew I should have turned around but it was late. Everything was run down looking and the carpet had all types of garbage on the floor and crumbs were everywhere. The room was OK. The bed looked good. There were bugs on the bathroom counter and black things in the tub.

This hotel has three floors with an elevator. We had a king bed on the second floor. Only problem with the room was no lamp on the right side of the bed over the desk, and a very tight bathroom space. Two night stay but we did not use the kitchen. Breakfast was snacks and coffee next to the office, and staff removed the coffee island before 10am. So the listing should not say "breakfast provided". We ate breakfast at Cracker Barrel and IHop next to the hotel. No problems with staff.

The room was decent and the staff was pleasant. There was no breakfast just a small coffee bar. A lot of smoking going on outside the building and strong smell of it in the building. Noisy in the hallway and outside during the night from other guest. Is defiantly a spot for long term stayers on a budget. Close to plenty of restaurants and the Maverick Center.

The room was very clean. I love that the AC worked and I could put it at 62 because I run hot and love a cold room. The only things I didn’t like was the fan in the bathroom was very loud and the toilet had a weird sulfur smell every time you flushed. Plus you can hear loud footsteps above if you are on the first or second floor. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and Jodi the front desk lady was fantastic

A very nice stay for the price. The hotel itself is definitely a little outdated, however, the room is big, has lots of space, has a comfortable reclining chair by the bed, a full kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer (with ice cube trays!), and plenty of counter space. Bathroom was a little small but not bad. There was a desk and chair, a nice tv with streaming options to log into your own Netflix or other accounts as well. There was also a handwritten note with a little goodie bag on the counter for us when we walked in, welcoming and thanking for the stay. There was a bag of microwave popcorn and some other candies included in it; very sweet touch! The free breakfast is just a small counter by the front desk with coffee and some prepackaged muffins, not anything crazy, but good to grab and go. Overall we had a nice stay.

I had a very nice stay and am happy that my small dog could stay with us as well. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, the kitchen and bathroom inside the room were clean and ready for use and there are several restaurants and opportunities to shop nearby the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for longer stays especially if you have a pet and want to be able to cook your own food :)

Really nice place, I like that they had a small kitchen so you can cook your own food, and a fridge that's bigger than the average fridge that's you would find in other hotels. It's right next to a small dinner if you don't wanna cook for yourself which is always.a plus.
