Pretty basic standard American motel style facility, decent rooms and beds, although it could do with a lick of paint. As someone coming from "the continent" I'm not entirely sure the advertised continental breakfast was exactly that. Nonetheless I did enjoy the ability make your own fresh waffles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll surely consider staying here again in future SLC visits.

Mold in the shower, loose toilet seat and lid that would not stay up, no fruit or protein in the “hot” breakfast, cheap plastic folding chair at the desk which collapsed and no elevator to my second floor room.

Was not at all as expected based on description. Checked in after listening to the person behind the desk arguing with someone. Room had holes in the shower walls and mold throughout. Constant smell of weed from the groups in the parking lot and walked out to cops filling the parking lot the first night. Didn't feel safe at all and would not stay again. As a single female traveling this trip I had several friends urge me to leave as they too were afraid for my safety. Wouldn't recommend but one thing I can say was the bed was clean and comfortable.

It was not kept up , everything was run down , doesn't look like they replace things , the bedskirts were falli g apart and glued back , they need to put some money back into the place. The bed was ok. Old worn out sheets but clean

Walked in to check in and the manager was on the phone completely ignored us and then we had to pay $25 for early check in. Got to the room and it was occupied. Went back to get another room and walked into that room and it smelled like a mildewed ashtray when it was supposed to be non smoking. It was dirty on the floor and bathroom. People working on cars outside felt unsafe. HORRIBLE isn’t the word. Checked out asap and if course received no money back. Most awful experience!!

Love the location was down town but it had ants and google took us to the hotel next door which was actually taken over by the state and turned into a halfway house. Lots of druggies around the facility.

I've stayed here 2x before, and the property was a little outdated, but clean. This most recent stay I got to the room on the second floor, and it wasn't the cleanest, but I was meeting friends for a show and didn't think much of it. When I returned I saw there were ants on the bathroom vanity, and immediately left. When I asked the attendant for a refund upon return, (5 hrs later) I was told to call back tomorrow. I arrived around 830 pm and left around 130 am. Yes, I was offered another room, but with ants on the second floor I didn't want to chance staying and having any other issues.

When we arrived our tv didnt work, the lamp didnt work the chair was broken ants in the bathroom. An hour later they moved us to the room next door and their were ants in the bathtub and someone was banging the walls in the room next to us most of the night. This was our first trip in salt lake and we will not be back here.

It had a hole in the ceilings in the bathroom in the shower. Had black mold in the corners. I took pictures. The photos on the website fool you. Nothing like it

TV didn’t work. Tile grout was moldy and tub fixtures were loose and sloppy. Smoke detector had plastic cover over it. Neighbors were loud and can hear cars come in and out of parking lot all night.

I love the prime location and the safety feeling, it was using my room key to enter the car park and room. I also like the spacious room with all in which consist of microwave, fridge and stove ( even though I didn’t use them) ; nevertheless, the basin and bathroom condition were bad, made me wanted to leave. The pillows, blankets and linen were surprisingly comfortable and clean. I think the cleaner didn’t clean my room good , because when I got inside the room, there was two paper cups with coffee in it, I was disgusted.

I checked in late and the front desk gentleman was so kind and welcoming! Very kind staff all around. Location is a bit odd but maybe that's just Salt Lake. The room was very clean and the soap was nice. Plenty of space and hangers plus iron. Basic breakfast included.

Literally the cheapest accommodation I could find in Salt Lake City, and nothing obviously wrong with it. Better than average bed for a 2-star motel, not obviously dirty, no real complaints. I wanted an inexpensive place to sleep and got good value for money.

A bit noisy at night and could use a bit of renovation but for the price it was just right. Breakfast could use some fruits or protein (hard boiled eggs or something would be nice) but again, as a budget motel it was right for the price. Hotel did try to charge 50$ more than listed, but luckily was caught by my bank.

Great, safe place to stay in SLC!
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And I love that the hotel is gated. 24 hour staff on duty. The maids are awesome! They make sure you have everything you need every day. My favorite place to stay hands down!
