There was blood on the sheets. And, we reserved a king-size room months in advance. We were put in a double room without asking, and when we asked, we were told they only had 2 king rooms, and both were sold out. Shouldn't one of them have been for us since we registered and paid for the room before arriving?"

"Location is not desirable. Breakfast consist of oranges, bananas, two types of cereal, waffles with syrup, carafe of coffee, bottle of whole milk, and an orange drink. No butter, no knives, no sausages, no eggs, no bread, no donuts, no ……, well, you get it. It took 6-7 minutes for the bathroom light to get to a useful brightness. The water flow in the sink was dismal (it took about two minutes to fill a mason jar). Find another place to stay."
