"The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again."

"Was a nice place as it a golf club and spa thought it would be quite but our weekend they had a load of kit sport cars and on both Saturday and Sunday there where outside reviving the car engine from 6 :30 in the morning so wasn’t relaxing at all which was a shame cos it was beautiful hotel and grounds"

"We were greeted by very helpful & friendly staff and from the outside the hotel looked great. Sadly the decor inside the property left a to be desired with peeling paint work and thread bare carpets on the stail ways. Not the most encouraging introduction. The shower gel container was empty on arrival and the room was incorrectly made up on one occasion, set for single despite having been correctly attended to previously for us."

Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. "What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

"The hotel is in an excellent position, just off a main road, but on a quiet lane. 15 mins walk in to town. Rooms are modern with aircon, tea, coffee etc. What really makes the hotel excellent is the staff, from the cleaners, bar staff, receptionist, they were so genuinely helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay, thank you."
