For the money an excellent value. Overall very quit. Apartment was excellent. A couple of small correctable issues but overall very good. Transportation (Tram/Bus) at the door. All the amenities (kitchen/washer/dryer) for the price of a regular motel/hotel room. Would stay there again and will in the future.

The staff were very helpful on check in. Called to give directions and then met us outside to show us in and how to use the key fobs etc Only negative was there wasn’t a frying pan or any salt/pepper.

Great find

Lovely apartment in a great location, very spacious apartment and very modern. Very close to shopping centre and lots of different restaurants. We walked to old trafford from here with no trouble at all. Would reccommend.

Lovely apartment. We had a two bedroom apartment - with associated two bathrooms! Access seemed pretty secure. Area will be probably be pleasant once all the building work has been finished. And parking is therefore better, though it was reasonably easy (once the young lady had found us). It was very convenient for visiting the Lowry, it seemed less distance than Google suggested. Will certainly consider using again !

Convenient location

Handy location for Lowry and Media City and the staff were very nice and friendly. Apartment is clean and tidy. Bed small and not the most comfortable but okay for one night. An extra pillow would have been good.

I have been using Quay Apartments on and off for the past 7 years and gradually the quality of both the standard of their customer service and apartments has declined. The apartment was cold and lacking in warmth both in temperature and empathy. Blank white walls with no pictures, no soft furnishings or rugs made the place echo and the lack of lamp shades made for harsh white light rather than a softer warmer welcoming atmosphere. The person checking me in could only shrug and the person on the end of the phone was glib and uninterested. I was told to ring 15 minutes ahead of arrival so I could be met at the RV. Did so and then waited 10 for the agent to arrive! Just back from Dubai where the level of customer service far out strips anything we have in the UK and this experience just made the difference even more obvious.

Book in one, end up in another!

You book one site (250 The Quays) and then get moved to another property (X1) without prior notice. Property feels a bit 'old', bathroom extractor fan didn't work, mattress saggy, no USB charging point, only 1 bedside light, all minor stuff but irritating. Parking spot was full of and surrounded by water.

Not the apartment advertised

Wasn't placed in the apartment we were told we would be in. Was told we would be in millenium tower and directed there for our stay and it looked lovely on the quays and with balconies. However, on arrival we then had a 20 minute farce being directed somewhere else and having to wait for someone. The room we were given was in a twin set of blocks set farther back from the quays, no balcony as requested, no communication we wouldn't be getting. The room itself was ok however most pictures were on the verge of falling off the wall, a questionable stain on the sofa, all the fire alarms were questionable, poor lighting in the bathroom, lack of suitably lit mirrors for makeup application, the bed made a clunk, knock or creak with any slight movement

+: God beliggenhet (der jeg fikk leilighet), nære offentlig transport - enkelt å komme seg til/fra flyplass/leilighet. Nytt bygg (deler av bygget ikke helt ferdig enda), slik at det ikke har rukket å bli så mye slitasje enda. Bygget har også felles gym, kinosal, spisesal/kjøkken. -: Usikkert hvilket sted man kommer til å bo, dette kan endres ettersom de har flere lokasjoner i nærheten. Stedet jeg bodde hadde ikke oppvaskmaskin og ovn + vaskemaskin kunne ha trengt en grundig vask før nye gjester kommer
