Cuando llegamos no estaba ninguna reservacion registrada en el frontdesk, teniamos que volver a pagar la noche. Tambien no habia agua caliente, mi esposa rechazoʻ quedarnos. NO NOS HOPEDAMOS ALLI NINGUNA NOCHE. POR FAVOR NECESITAMOS REFUND!!

I truly loved my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The amenities were amazing, from the complimentary breakfast to direct lake access with included kayaks. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better! The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything ...
