"El personal y los servicios. En cuanto llegamos querían cobraron alegando que la tarifa de plataforma estaba mal ya que yo les había escrito por Whatsapp y me quería cobrar el triple. "We had a great experience! The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate our transportation and tours. We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around.
