Hi anonymous, This is the first review that I have ever responded too, because your premise for criticism is just wrong. The cleaner was never there to clean your room at all she was doing the next room which was empty. She was not there to clean your room because we don't clean occupied rooms at all. We only ever clean rooms when you leave. this is clearly stated on our website and with all of our booking agents, it is also written on our compendium in the rooms. It also says on the compendium that if you do need anything please call us. It would have been nice if you did that rather than have it affect your stay and then have you give us a bad rating when we actually did nothing wrong. As far as the light breakfast is concerned, it is also clearly stated that we do not provide any meals. The breakfast provided is a complimentary breakfast for the first night only. I hope this has not been seen as an aggressive letter but it is truthful and your review has disturbed us because of the above reasons. If you wish to visit us again we would be happy to provide you with more service and you only have to ask up front or during your stay. Regards Lynne and Darryl
