"Cogne is simply beautiful. Small enough to be charming, big enough to stay busy and entertained. The Chateau Royal was a great home base. Centrally located, comfortable and we'll equipped. We originally booked two nights but added two more as it was such a great village with so much to do. We hiked, fished, rafted and paraglided plus catching some of the abundant castles and forts in the Sister Valley). This one is a do-over (we'll be back:-)."

"The hotel and residences are part of a large open complex with everything you need, from a supermarket to bars and restaurants. Check-in was easy, and upon arrival we were directed to a covered parking area (a bit of a maze at first), from where we reached our building. Our car was safe throughout the weekend, even during a heavy snowstorm. The building was very convenient, and our apartment was comfortable, renovated, and spotlessly clean.
