"The staff was welcoming and friendly when we arrived, even with the language barrier we were able to make know what we needed. The front desk staff were fluent in English so they were helpful in giving us pointers on getting around. It was quiet and very safe where we were. There was air conditioning that made our nights comfortable in the heat wave that was happening. The beds were a little hard."

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"The view of the Eiffel Tower was fun and we enjoyed watching it twinkling in the evening. There are a couple of other buildings in the view that you don’t see in the listing photos but it was still a beautiful view. There was no housekeeping included but the staff provided clean towels when we asked for them. We were less than impressed with the breakfast and coffee but we had early days planned so being able to grab a quick croissant was helpful but for the cost of the room a more appealing breakfast would have been nice. There were no clean plates so we used a bowl. There was one water filter system in the lobby which saved us from purchasing a lot of water but there was often a line for it. The location was good, about a 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, the tube, a wonderful bakery, and a large grocery store. We never saw the pool since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again if we returned."

"VOL D’IDENTITÉ l’hôtel m’a confirmé s’être fait voler toutes mes informations personnelles qu’ils m’ont collectées (date naissance, adresse personnelle, pièce d’identité nationale avec photo, adresse électronique, etc) . Ils en sont désoles…., c’est tout. Lorsque je leur en ai parlé à la réception, le directeur qui était à son bureau tout à côté n’est même pas intervenu pour s’en excuser. Et je passe le fait que l’hôtel n’est pas insonorisé donc le sommeil est loin d’être paisible. BONNE CHANCE ! J’avais réservé sur la plate-forme Expédia."

"Hotel was in an excellent location. Lots of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. A metro station was just steps away from the front entrance. The front desk staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Loved the Nespresso machine in our room. The hotel robes and slippers were a nice touch! Would definitely stay there again!!!"
