La chambre est propre mais il faut aimer le côté ancien. Le petit déjeuner est fourni. Pour une nuit c’est pratique, nous n’étions que de passage !

Hotel calme et bien tenu. Ambiance familiale

Hotel calme et très bien tenu. Personnel efficace, ambiance familiale. Beaucoup d'anglais retraités en visite. Restaurant dans l’hôtel avec carte limitée mais plats originaux et travaillés. A noter la magnifique cathédrale située à 200 mètres. de belles balades à faire dans les rues calmes.

We had a enjoyable stay at very reasonable price.

Charming historic Coaching Hotel in the old part of St Omer near the centre and the Cathedral. Excellent hosts with good breakfast and an excellent restaurant. Off street parking and late night entrance available. The rooms were very clean with comfy beds, bathroom adequate with decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Hotel has great character but is in need of TLC plus no lift, lots of stairs. We had a great stay at a very reasonable price.

Hotel réservé pour une nuit d'étape. Correct mais un peu cher par rapport aux prestations. Parking en plus de la chambre petit déjeuner à 10 eur trop cher. Sinon Bon accueil très calme

Clean and tidy with a relaxing atmosphere

The owner kindly waited for us to arrive before locking the front door as we were running late. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty. Felt welcome.

hotel which does not put customers first.

This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where the host asks you to leave the bar/restaurant facilities and go to your room at 9pm because he is locking up the hotel and going home!. We were provided with a door code if we wanted to go out, but the hotel is not in the best part of town. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was reasonably priced and of reasonable quality, but the restaurant does not take orders after 8.15pm as the the place closes at 9. One family was told to leave despite having not finished their drinks. The facilities are dated.

Overnight en route to Calais. Stayed here lot's of times. Convenient for town centre with several bars and restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff.

Our fourth visit here so they must be doing something right Nice welcome and speedy check-in. Safe secure parking. Everything within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Good restaurants in town. Could not want anything more !.

Catastrophique!!!

Accueil médiocre, aucun sourire sauf lors du paiement. Nous sommes une famille jeune et métissée ce qui n'a visiblement pas plu. On nous a même fais comprendre que nous nous étions trompés d'endroit car nous ne représentions pas la clientèle habituelle. Pour information, ne venez pas avec une casquette!! Et si vous ne prenez pas le "parking" à 9 euro la nuit...ni aucun service comme petit déjeuné ou repas vous serez automatiquement mis de coté et considérez comme pauvre donc inintéressant financièrement!.... A 120 euro la nuit, nous pensions avoir plus de considération et avoir une chambre moins vieille question équipement. Et pour la télévision ne compter pas sur Canal + sans encore une fois devoir payer un supplément....Bref une catastrophe du début à la fin. Je vous le rappelle, le seul sourire que vous aurez c'est quand votre carte bancaire sera passée....
