Unfortunately toilettes were smelly and even with closed doors the smell was annoying when trying to sleep. Also we expected a private area and private balcony but the neighbors always had to pass through our terass and by our doors when we were sleeping to get to their place. Also you could hear the neighbors taking showers and going on the toilette."

We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and...

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a huge terrace. Carinne, George, and the staff are the kindest people who will go out of their way to take great care of you. The homemade breakfast they offer every morning is delicious and slightly different each day! Would absolutely stay here again next time in Naxos!"
