"Beautiful location, amazing beach. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was when we booked we didn’t realize it was low season so not all restaurants were available. Dinner buffet not offered, unable to book a scuba dive at the property etc. These unable services should have been made known to us by the hotel prior to booking or prior to arrival. Golf cart service offered which was helpful for guests with mobility issues. I would stay here again."

"The resort was amazing!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff Shavonne and concierge were helpful in planning activities to do on the island. Carlos, the doorman was amazing and friendly. Gabby and Nick were great bartenders. The room was clean."

"The place was okay. Beautiful views. but my hotel room was not locking that night and it was a little bit scared until one of the security tried to lock it and we had to slam the door for it to lock. And my safe saving lock in the room was not even locking to, so it was nowhere to put my important stuff. I have to take it with me everywhere."

"We enjoyed the hotel very much. Staff attitude could be "hit or miss." We would have liked more breakfast options than just the set-price (expensive) menu. There was also often a lot of "banging" because of renovations/upkeep happening on other floors. Because of our hotels.com status, we were given 20% off food and beverage purchases, which was great, but the hotel charges a 10% "service charge" (not gratuity) on every receipt, so the 20% discount was halved."

"My experience at this property was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The property itself was stunning, beautifully maintained, and had an elegant, upscale atmosphere that made the entire stay feel truly special. The room was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the balcony was the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made me feel valued throughout my entire stay. From the beautiful property and luxurious room to the incredible balcony and outstanding service, every detail came together perfectly. This was more than just a stay—it was a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."
