The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Really enjoyed my stay at the villas. The beach is beautiful, really nice views. Walking distance to stores and restaurants."

Fourteen at Mullet Bay
8/10 Good
"Property was nice. Restaurant selections near property wasn’t the best."

Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa
8/10 Good
"We loved our stay at Simpson Bay. The only reason we are giving four stars is because the wifi doesn’t work and the cell phone service in that area is hit or miss. Makes planning hard when you can’t see what is around"

Oyster Bay Beach Resort
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our room! We were upgraded and our welcome was really good. The maintenance staff responded immediately to change the smoke detector battery and also to replace a missing screw. We enjoyed our VIP treatment of a free bottle of wine and free breakfast during our stay! The location is perfect. Absolute serenity, away from the hustle and bustle in areas like Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg. World definitely recommend!"

Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach St. Maarten
10/10 Excellent
"I booked the room at the minute to extend my stay in St Maarten. The king size ocean view was beyond my expectations at a great price. Staff was able to check me in early. Staff at the oceanfront restaurant was very friendly. I’ll definitely book my entire stay there next time. Everything at the resort was spotless."

Hilton Vacation Club Royal Palm St. Maarten
10/10 Excellent
"What a fantastic hotel the room was top notch checking was a breeze I can’t wait to go back"

Sonesta Maho Beach All Inclusive Resort Casino & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The property and location is great. But the check in was way too long."

Sonesta Ocean Point All Inclusive, Adults Only Resort
4/10 Poor
"We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on directly below our room. The noise and vibrations were constant and made it very difficult to relax or enjoy the vacation. Thankfully, one of the managers was understanding and agreed the situation was not right, and eventually moved us again to Room 420. We appreciated that effort. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, the property is beautiful, and the ocean views are great — but guests should not have to deal with multiple room issues, broken AC, and ongoing construction disruptions during their stay. We hope management improves communication and guest accommodations moving forward."

Sapphire Beach Club Resort
2/10 Terrible
"This property needs to be shut down and completely revamped. There was little to no water pressure in the showers. The following day absolutely no water. The towels felt like sandpaper. There was a solid wood panel under the sink that was not properly secured that fell on my feet whilst using the sink. They advertised hot tubs in the room and there was none. The AC did not get cold even when temperature turned all the way down. The breakfast was scrambled eggs with one piece of bacon, hash browns all served cold. Two pieces of orange and one watermelon sliced extremely thin and one piece of toast. This was at 8am No useable plugs next to the bed for use of a charger. These rating cannot be true ratings. I am not one to complain or voice my opinion but this property has nothing good. The pool was green and not kept. I don’t doubt they may have better rooms but this was by far the worst stay ever and this property should not be advertised on Expedia"
