"The room (1206) AC didnt go below 77 degrees. I called the front desk they said they would send someone , dont think any one came the AC wouldn't go lower the 4 days we were there. Also it is listed as a partial ocen view. You are on the bottom floor and Can Not see the ocean from the room at all. Room was clean but old. The staff was friendly."

"So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired."

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The resort grounds were absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We also met so many wonderful people during our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. We upgraded to a Bougainvillea Pool View room (B264), and it was worth it.
