"The room was very clean and well kept. Staff was wonderful. The manager (Alexia) was great, unbelievable and eager to answer all the questions related to the property to make guests/customers feel comfortable. Kudos to her! Shanay, the front desk person is great. I was welcomed with a welcome note by Shanay. That’s nice of her and that really shows how she cares about customers. Kudos to her. "Hilton flamingo with a great stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They would text me every single morning to check on me and make sure I was OK and to check and see if we needed anything. It was great having a view of the pool and the ocean. The beach was very clean. The pool was kept very clean and neat, landscaping was beautiful. I just wish their bar stayed open a little bit later, but we had a great time at the Hilton flamingo."

"This is my 2nd time staying at the property. The property & room are clean, I did not use the pool, but I could see it from my ocean view room. It does not appear that any other guest used it either. The breakfast was nothing much... my 1st stay we were given ham & cheese croissants, this time just plain ( I assume a budgeting issue). "The overall experience was great! The Bellmen were awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable about rides to your room and taxi fees. The check-in staff was accommodating and respectful. The property was exceptionally clean for the number of people wandering around. The room, an efficiency, was clean and spacious with a Jacuzzi tub, a full refrigerator, and a few ants and flying insects to be expected. Overall, my wife and I had a ball! Get to Gizmos early for the Jerk skewers, for they sell out fast!"

"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...

"Oceanfront king room. Gorgeous view right on the beach. Loved going to sleep hearing the waves. Comfortable room. Beach is amazing. It does drop off quickly though not a gradual incline in the water. Good food at their restaurant, and service at the lounge chairs. Will return."

"The room was very spacious & had a fully stocked kitchen. It is a little dated but worked great for our needs. The balcony we had was massive & had a great view of the ocean & the airport to watch the planes land & take off. There is definitely a lot of noise from the planes all day until around 8pm which was fine for us. There is also a lot of noise from the street from the bars & locals riding ATVs & motor bikes that go well into the night. If you are not okay with that this hotel is not for...
