"Things started nicely with reception. We were received kindly and efficiently. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. That being said, the cushions at the pool loungers could use an update. The first day I went to get beach towels, the guy was rude and acted like I was stealing the towels because he had never seen me before. I clarified that he wouldn’t have seen me because I had just checked in. Our room was on a corner and we had an amazing ocean view but the bathtub was in terrible shape. It was peeling in some areas and there was rust around the drain. I’m not the kind of person to make a big deal out of things but I don’t understand how the hotel would find that acceptable. It’s a shame though because it’s a lovely location in a beautiful island."

"The resort grounds, food, staff and the room was great. I was in room 121, the thermostat was either too cold 60 or too hot 79, the exrra blankets helped🙂. Please have that checked. I will definitely recommend it"

"I recently stayed at the Atrium Beach Resort & Spa in St. Maarten and overall had an excellent experience. The location is one of the best things about the property. The beach view was beautiful, and having direct beach access made the trip feel relaxing and convenient. The room was clean and spacious, which was great for our group. I also really appreciated having a kitchen in the unit. It made it easy to keep drinks, snacks, and leftovers, and added a more comfortable, home-like feel to the stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the trip. The property also felt safe and is in a great location near restaurants, nightlife, and activities in the Maho area. The only real downside is that the rooms could use some updating and refreshing. However, other than that, the overall experience was excellent, and the combination of the location, beach access, spacious rooms, and convenience made it a great stay. I would definitely recommend the Atrium to travelers looking for a comfortable beachfront stay in a prime location."

"This “resort” is mediocre at best. Let me start by saying this review is NOT directed to the staff as they were friendly, easily accessible & willing to assist but to whoever is in charge of management and room maintenance. We booked an upstairs Lagoon View room for the weekend and 24 hours prior to checking in, we received an email stating that guests staying through Saturdays may be subject to a room change without any valid reason (seemingly inconvenient & is a first for me) and after responding to the email inquiring about a reason, no one replied. - Our room was changed without any notice to a ground floor Pool View room which was unsettling as it was in full view to persons at the pool when the curtain is opened (basically no privacy) - The entire room is poorly lit, seemingly dependent on the open curtains to provide natural lighting (again no privacy) - The walk-in closet door was falling apart so we didn’t even use that space. - While the kitchen was FULLY equipped, no hand soap was provided in the bathroom & ALOT of paint splashes were noticeable on the face sink & shower. - It was constantly cold despite having a thermostat which seems to be faulty, resulting in us having to leave the taps or showers running for almost 5 minutes before getting Hot water. "Es la 3ra vez que nos quedamos aquí, simplemente hermoso el resort, tiene todo para hacer, no hay que salir. Realmente se siente uno en el Caribe. Los restaurantes son excelentes todos, los bares , wuaoo las pizzas, la comida del Rooftop deliciosa y sobre todo lo amables que son. La habitacion muy cómoda, la cama, la vista a la playa. Gracias a todos por sus atenciones, a los que mantienen en pie el resort, lo apreciamos mucho. Dios mediante seguiremos viniendo."
