Très bel hôtel avec une superbe piscine , l'emplacement près de la marina est parfait. Les chambres sont des suites avec 2 salles de bain et 2 pièces bien décorées. Un petit lifting serait à prévoir afin de redonner tout son éclat à cet hôtel.

Super service !

Super Accueil et Service au top au petit dej avec les mesures Covid pas simple car pas de buffet self service possible. Le personnel etait charmant et très à l'écoute..

La piscine est magnifique et le personnel adorable. La localisation est top, à 5mn à pieds de la marina. Les seuls points négatifs étant l’état vieillissant de certaines chambres, petit déjeuner toujours identique, une bouteille d’eau minérale en chambre le 1er jour uniquement.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer,der Pool ist nicht zu toppen,wunderschön! Leider ist alles Andere renowierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (danke an Michline und co) leider war putzen allgemein nicht die Lieblingsbeschäftigung.dh Gläser und volle Aschenbecher stehen an der fast immer geschlossenen Poolbar herum während 3-4 Tagen,unsere Terrasse wurde während 10! Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal geputzt,obwohl wir etwas verschüttet hatten.Schade! Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Bel établissement; nous avons occupé une suite côté jardin, agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Certains éléments sont vieillissants et mériteraient une petite rénovation mais cela n’enlève rien au calme du cadre et à l’accueil du personnel. Je recommande pour un séjour en toute quiétude.

Nous avons apprécié le calme du site, la chambre spacieuse qui nous a été proposée avec vue sur la piscine. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité des petits déjeuners et la disponibilité de tout ce qui était proposé même en fin de service ! Le personnel a toujours été disponible et agréable. Au passage, nous avons noté un écart important entre les commentaires que nous avons lus avant notre départ et ce que nous avons vécus sur site. Certes, nous avons observé qu'un peu d'entretien serait nécessaire dans certains endroits de l'hôtel (peintures en particulier) mais cela n'a pas nuit à notre séjour ! Au final, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

A good 3 star

This place has a lot of bad reviews I was reluctant to book but with limited options we took a chance. Location is perfect with wonderful waterfront views. A nice walk to the market or marina you are steps to everything but tucked away from the strip so the hotel itself is very peaceful.The pool is huge but the water was on the cold side. The rooms are massive with 2 washrooms a separate sitting area and a massive balcony. The rooms are showing signs of wear and tear but they have updated the furniture and everything was clean. We booked this knowing it was a 3 star and it is a great 3 star. The hotel place seemed empty all the time it was difficult to find someone working,we would have to go to the front desk for water or anything like that. So if you are looking for cocktails around the pool forget about it unless you bring your own. It’s one of the few waterfront properties in saint Francois so you do pay for that but if that is important to you then it is worth the stay.

L' emplacement de l'hôtel est top, les extérieurs très jolis et la piscine grande et agréable avec l'accès au bar depuis l'eau super ! Par rapport à la chambre, plusieurs choses ; nous avons été très déçu par la propreté et certains équipements, des tâches sur certains meubles, la douche (sans cabine ) dans la même pièce que le wc heureusement il y avait une autre douche dans la salle de bain ! La brosse des toilettes juste honteux ( je pense que ça fait plusieurs années que c'est la même ). L'établissement est présenté avec 4 étoiles, malheureusement on trouve que ça ne les vaux pas. Le service n'est pas 4 * , les lézards et fourmis pouvaient facilement entrer dans les pièces ( beaucoup de jour à la porte d'entrée par exemple... l'état du frigo vraiment limite, en l'ouvrant état sale et un des " étage " coincé de travers vraiment pas propre. Sur 12 nuits on ne sait pas combien de fois les draps de lit on été changés ( on pense 1x et même pas sûre qu'ils les aient changé ) on est pas délicat mais quand même ! Les chaises plastiques de la terrasse étaient les 2 fendues. Dommage car l' hôtel est chouette, peut être que les chambres manquent un peu de modernité et que la patronne devrait revoir les exigences d'entretien. Personnel sympathique et plutôt souriant et à l'écoute ! Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié. Parking privatif à l'intérieur du complexe agréable.
