"Staff, service, accommodation is exceptional. The focus on customer service and their comfort is unparalleled. If I was to rate hotels around the world what I have experienced, I without hesitation say The Best in the World. Mark Kramarik"

The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon
8/10 Good
"A luxurious stay that builds its unique brand identity on modern quirkiness, failed to meet my full expectations. Its strengths lay in the cleanliness and kindness of the staff while its weaknesses stem from the hotel’s confusing design, short operating hours, and maintenance shortfalls. The layout of the building is confusing whereas traditionally the lobby floor is located three floors above the ground and nestled awkwardly around the corner of a hallway. The connection from the ground entrance to the rooms is disjointed, requiring an elevator transfer to reach the room—perhaps an added security measure at the cost of convenience. Signage is small, can be confusing, and can be unclear—be wary of passing by a restroom door. The operating hours were unacceptable and the provided buy-one-get-one free drink tickets at The Parlor were only accepted from 7am-8pm—to which I believe 8pm is way too early. The complimentary Sky Beach access proved useless for 2 out of 2 nights as the city was doused with heavy storms—while I understand safety from lightning, in a city known for its monsoon rains, one would hope the rooftop was designed to also have an enclosed section—but alas. Finally, slight decay was seen in the trimming of the pool and some of the communal showers—certainly a quick fix. In sum, a lovely stay, but with much needed improvement especially for its premium price."
Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza
8/10 Good
"Very helpful staff. Room no. 1 was next to a construction site. I requested a move and they moved me next to a mosque with 4.45 am wake up calls. Another request and they upgraded the room, away from both noise sources. No complaints."
Grande Centre Point Lumphini Bangkok
10/10 Excellent
"This is one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the decor, to staff to the incredible gym. What a treat. And a true 5 star experience. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve also ever encountered. The pool area, sauna and skyline access is also so beautiful. You feel in another world, while tucked in the city madness."
