I like the various dining options and the food was delicious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities, room and everything was great. Only complaint is the drinks were not strong at all.

It’s not just a great stay — it’s truly elite. Everything at this hotel exceeds perfection. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, and the hotel itself is simply beyond amazing. I absolutely loved my stay — you honestly don’t need to go anywhere else. Just make a wish, and the staff will make it happen! The animation team is talented and keeps the atmosphere lively and fun. The housekeeping team deserves special mention — they clean so well every day that it feels like you’re entering your room for the first time, every single time. It’s also incredibly family- and kid-friendly. Your children can play freely, and you can relax without worry. The food is outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste — just ask, and you’ll find it. When my husband wasn’t feeling well one day, the care we received was beyond words. The staff kept checking on him, and even the hotel manager personally came to make sure he was okay. Their kindness and attention truly touched us. Jaz Elite Asteria is simply superb. We’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend it to all families looking for a perfect getaway.

Sahl Hasheeh's newest spectacular resort.

Arriving just 2 weeks after the official opening I doubt we will see the hotel this quiet again. It's clearly not going to be fully operational for a few weeks. Only 1 block is open while the other is still being fitted out. The noise is mostly confined to indoors so isn't terribly noticeable. Not all the restaurants were open but they are coming online slowly and there is definitely a lack of signage anywhere. The swim up rooms are lovely (note that the pool isn't heated). Food & service in the main restaurant is superb. So much choice every day, all cooked perfectly. Service in all the bars is also exceptional. People are genuinely happy to see us. We rarely waited longer than a minute to have our plates cleared in the restaurant or the offer of another drink in a bar. The small water park won't challenge the nearby Gravity hotel and water park but that's not the demographic this hotel is going for. Remember that Sahl Hasheeh is actively being developed. The hotel to the left is still quite a way off being ready and groundwork has started on another property to the right. The layout of the room blocks should mitigate a lot of noise especially if you have a swim up or pool view room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The staff are wonderful, sunbeds plentiful, food, service and housekeeping are immaculate. My only complaint is the woeful WiFi. I've had much better elsewhere in Makhadi Bay and a company this size needs WiFi to match all other areas of the resort

Odalar temiz ve sık sık temizlik yapılıyor. Tüm personell aşırııı güler yüzlü. Sıcak kanlı yardımsever ve çözümcü. Sadece bikini altım kayboldu. Bunun bulunması konusunda destek alamadım . Wir hatten ein Swim Up Zimmer. Leider war es den ganzen Tag am Schatten und wir konnten das Swim Up nicht wirklich nutzen. Wir haben daraufhin ein Zimmerwechsel in Betracht gezogen, doch bei den anderen Zimmern war es sehr Laut von der Abendunterhaltung. Man muss sich entscheiden. Entweder ein ruhiges Zimmer und dafür Schatten beim Swim Up oder ein lautes Zimmer und dafür einen Sonnigen Swim Up. Es gibt kein perfektes Zimmer, jedes Zimmer hat vor-und nachteile :) Die besten Swim Up Zimmer befinden sich ganz unten beim Kids Club. Dorf ist es Ruhig und Sonnig ;) ansonsten gibts es nichts zu bemägeln. Top Hotel und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ich würde das Hotel auf jedenfall Weiterempfehlen ;)

Excellent hôtel, très récent (ouvert en mai 2025). Tous les équipements sont de qualité, le service est vraiment excellent : le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service et faire plaisir. La nourriture est bonne et variée. Les chambres et l'hôtel en général sont très propres. Mention spéciale pour les chambres swim-up (avec piscine semi privative) qui sont top !

Hatten eine tolle Zeit im Hotel JAZ Elite Asteria! Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich & zuvorkommend, es wird egal wo in der Anlage penibel genau darauf geachtet, dass es sehr sauber ist. Das Essen ist vorzüglich. Im Hauptrestaurant beim a la carte Buffet, egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen war der Service & das Essen vorzüglich! Auch in den jeweiligen Themenrestaurants war das Essen sehr gut! Am besten fanden wir das arabische Restaurant und den Mexikaner! Anfangs waren wir mit unserem Zimmer nicht zufrieden, wir haben ein Swim-Up Pool Zimmer reserviert & das Zimmer war den ganzen Tag im Schatten und dadurch war das Poolwasser auch ziemlich kalt. Bereits am 2 Tag konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln und befanden uns den restlichen Urlaub auf der Sonnenseite. Das Meer ist sehr weitläufig, man kann sehr lange im Wasser raus schlendern, bevor es tief wird - also optimal für Kids. Das Korallenriff ist auch sehr schön, wir haben etliche Kofferfische, Rochen & sogar die Riesenmuräne gesehen. Der Steg, mit dem man dann direkt zum Riff kommt, ist noch in Bau, aber man kann ja im Wasser bis zum Riff vor gehen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Lyxig hotell med godaste maten

Hotellet var toppen på alla håll. Väldigt rent och fräscht. Toppen service från all personal vi träffade på. Man känner sig riktigt välkomnad. Det jag skulle vilja uppmärksamma är roomservice, jag bad flera gånger om tofflor i rummet då det ej fanns men fick aldrig till slut trots att jag blev lovad att det ska hämtas. Ljusisoleringen i rummen är dåliga, man hör tydligt från korridoren och från poolområdet när de har shows om kvällarna. Dessutom så är korridoren och hissen väldigt varma (saknar AC), antar pga att det är ett nytt hotell och de ska successivt fixa resterande men vi mådde dåligt såfort vi var i korridoren som tar oss till vårt rum. Maten och dryck får 10/10. De har verkligen lyckats med matutbudet!! Ser fram emot att besöka hotellet igen
