"We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Soma bay. The beach was absolutely excellent; perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness was top notch and “Omar” was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding service waiter was “Elsayed”. A special thank you to the manager who was exceptionally friendly and kind. The overall warm hospitality made us want to return again. Highly recommended!"

"This is our 3rd stay at Aqua Magic, and this time it wasn't as pleasent as it used to be. The cleanliness needs more attention - especially the main restaurant (!!), the very first 2-3 days it was simply unpleasent to have meals there. Then the stuff did a general cleaning with Clorox and desinfectants, we were okay with the smell, bc we finally could enjoy the meals, but this didn't last long. The quality of the meals has dropped too. All in all, I'd recommend the stuff and especially management pays attention to these systemic issues, otherwise our regular guests will be def looking for alternatives in Hurghada."

The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The swimming pools and beach were clean and relaxing, and the entertainment activities kept both adults and children engaged throughout the day. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it is close to the airport while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for couples, families, or anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in Hurghada. I highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again."
