Safety wasn’t quite there. Fire doors were left open, the building entrance doors were left open. Management stated they were in the process of repairing the doors. Otherwise was a really nice stay

No hot water, lots of ants, not safe
We arrived late one night for a two night stay but ended up switching hotels. There was no hot water and we went to the front desk person who told us they would “restart” the boiler. Still no hot water and the next morning, we checked again and the front desk staff said they were getting a new boiler but the engineer wasn’t available for another day. No apologies, no sympathy, just statements. On top of that, there were ants all over the kitchenette. The staff said we could switch rooms but all bottom floors might have ants. Most card readers outside of the buildings were damaged, ans inoperable so anyone could access each building.

We are so sorry that your stay was less than perfect. We apologize for our hot water problems. This was out of our control...but has been completely correct. Rest assured, if you give us another chance the shower will be wonderful

I was very dissatisfied with this property. I generally travel at least one time per month Rooms were unsafe toilets were low and there were no grab bars. Grab bars in shower were not ADA COMPLIANT There was only 1 bar in shower which made it exceedingly difficult and unsafe Toilet tissue was not available. There were no cleaning services so the garbage is not removed additional garbage bags were not available. When I called the desk, they told me that they don’t clean rooms unless it’s a stay is more than five days and then I could obtain the garbage bags if I came to the office which was in another building. We are 77 and 80 years old respectively, I am disabled, and I was never informed that I had to go to a different building to obtain services and that the rooms would not be cleaned or at least trash removed. This property needs a great deal of improvement and I’m disappointed that I spent over 700 for this stay.

It was not the cleanest facility. There was a distinct smell that permeated the building (especially the common areas) and while our room was otherwise clean, there was a significant amount of what looked like dog hair (2-3" in length, black and coarse). I noticed a number of folks with dogs on the property and I suspect that both the smell and the hair were the result of the dogs.

The staff was just doing what they had to, no extra. The facility is a bit dirty and very old, not desirable for me to stay again.

Trash in hallway kinda smelled. No towels exchanged or garbage removed from room windows weren’t in tracks upon arrival. Had to reinstall them to close.

Very clean grounds and rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. Amenities are a good value. I’ve enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay here again.

Location needs updating thru out
This Residence Inn is in need of some much needed updating. We had to switch from a studio with a separate bedroom to a room with no separation because only the bedroom area had any air conditioning. This is unacceptable in the middle of August. The breakfast area also was not air conditioned.

An A-plus experience!!!!!
Omg...Everything was awesome. The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk staff. I was going through a situation because of a reservation error that another hotel messed up on. They were very empathetic, understanding, and helpful. Everything from the lobby to the room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The pool was great and I loved that there was games for the kids to play. The food was very tasty and the staff kept the area clean. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything.

Loved it. It was a bit humid so the carpet stayed just a little damp and the floor of the kitchenette too. But it was a quiet, comfortable stay. Plus, fun activities for kids.

There was rats and issues with the room and the customer service was disgusting. How a manger could listen to the issues I said including my kids eating food that the rats were in and not do anything besides call the cops on me for me being annoyed with how they treated us about the situation absolutely disgusting

Had an attack of ants in the room that ruined all the food I prepped for the kids and it was all over my bag too. I complained but nothing was done so i left early. Also the room had a weird smell

The room was very clean and comfortable. The area outside was well kept and safe. My only complaint was the food served for breakfast. It was terrible. I was hoping for a good meal because I had a long drive ahead of me and didn't want to stop to get food. I couldn't find anything to eat that was acceptable. Even the pastries were awful.

Thank you for taking the time to review, our buffet breakfast has many options from fresh fruit to local baked items delivered daily, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt bar with all of the toppings and 3 hot items that vary daily from scrambled eggs to fresh toast and of course make your own waffles!

Easy to find and very comfortable two bedroom, which was more economical than getting several rooms at a wedding venue several miles away.

Not so good ...
The staff at the desk were all super nice and helpful, quick to offer up dining suggestions and help with info on our nearby activity plans. Once we got to our room things went downhill. We checked in late or else we would have complained and asked to be moved. There was hair in our bed. My husband talked me down by saying they were "fine body-type hairs" and that they probably stuck in the sheets while washing so I let that go. When I got out of the shower and opened up a towel to dry off there was a huge knot, tangle of women's hair stuck in my towel and it really grossed me out. We were very unhappy with the overall stay as the mattress was also horrible. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

There's really nothing to do near the hotel it's for not kid friendly if you want to get away quiet no interruptions good place for that

We would have loved to assist you in finding activities to do with your family, we have a list available at the front desk. Our hotel is on 10 acres with a basketball court, outdoor pool & outdoor games. We are within walking distance to trails and a bounce park and a short drive to America Dream which offers amusement park, ice rink, aquarium, water park and many other family activities.
