Do not waste your money

To be honest how this made 4 stars in beyond me, we stayed the first night and left to find another hotel, Restaurant closed at 3pm, no bar or drinks available, Shower broke in one room, AC not Working in One Room,

Decent but a bit run down hotel

The property seemed much nicer in pics but it reality it was just ok. While the staff was fine, the property itself is a bit run down. It was a bit far from rest of the hotels/shops around although that was compensated by the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The biggest let down for me was the food - it is just average. Overall, considering the size of the town, it was unexpected to find even a hotel this big and facilities.

Unfriendly staff as if you owe them money

The front office staff can make do with some training reminding they are from the service line. Never expected that a resort of such standard are placing these kinda standard of front office staff from the manager to the staff. Even if the housekeeping staffs are great and the room was OK this kinda reception is a spoiler to your vacation mood...
