Good stay for the price

The hotel is conveniently located and very nice for a lower budget stay. The staff was very helpful, and Ankush made sure we were well taken care of.

When checking in i was asked for 20 dollars deposit, but cash only, they refused my bank card for the deposit. They ended waving the fee which i guess is cool but still pretty sketchy they only accept cash deposit this day in age. When entering the room there was something sticky on the tv stand, there was hair clippings on the toilet and in the sink. The bed was like sleeping on ahard rock that was wrapped in plastic. They don't give out the wifi password, don't have coffee. The water gets hot nicely though. I definitely do not recommend unless you are like a prostitute or something. 20 dollar descrestionary fee.

I love this motel the management is really helpful and staff is available 24/7. The rooms are cozy and spacious and the housekeeping is always reliable. I really enjoy the motel for numerous reasons. The staff gives you your privacy and they do not come in your room while you are away. This motel is close to public transportation as a number of great food places. I will pick this motel over any high end hotel. The price is affordable and the entire experience was enjoyable. I truly recommend this motel!!

U get what u pay for

Manager and motel staff are amazing. The price u pay is where the amenity lays. Has been cleaned up a bit in the past year than it was previously which i impart to the new ownership. Overall its cheap but its also quiet, there's no bugs and we haven't had any issues.

I knew they had no elevator, so I called and learned ahead of time they had no ground-floor rooms, which was an inconvenience for us. The night we arrived there was no toilet paper (or tissues) in the room and when I asked I was given only 1 roll. The room smelled musty. Each bedspread had at least one cigarette holes in it. When I asked for towels to mop up water we spilled, I was given only 1 (which wasn't enough, I didn't want to trudge downstairs again to ask again). Even the ice bucket was cracked; but we used it as a waste basket because there wasn't one. We’d certainly not return. -- On the bright side, the room was quiet, the morning staff member on duty was cheerful and helpful, the location was convenient, and the price was far less than where family members were staying nearby for our weekend gathering.

I always have a good day when I stay here at the Vinces Hotel at very accommodating and friendly the manager is a great and will assure you have a great day. I recommend Vinces Hotel when you come to stay in Sacramento.

The room was dirty, everything was sticky. The bathroom was not how in photos, especially the bathtub was dirty. The pictures were taken so that you can’t tell how it really looked like. The microwave was gross and the fridge was very noisy. It was overpriced. We paid less for stays that were 50 times better.
