⭐⭐☆☆☆ The only strong point of TownePlace Suites near Cal Expo is the convenient location. Unfortunately, the property feels outdated and my room (3108) was messy. The shower backsplash was cracked, the toilet paper holder misaligned, and the carpet worn. I emailed photos to the front desk manager, Alison, as requested, but never received a response. There was also a false fire alarm one night. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in both maintenance and customer service.

Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately equipped and further equipment could be borrowed. The onsite laundry was great - and the outdoor pool looked amazing. As others have said, parking was an additional $10 - and with the window open, there was some traffic noise - but overall, comfortable and convenient.

The 1 bedroom and Studio suites are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and hot! And the staff was the nicest I have encountered in a LONG time. The staff gets 5 stars!

Good hotel

Hotel room was nice, clean and had a full equipped kitchenette, including dishwasher, lots of storage, no complaints on room, staff was friendly and welcoming, my only complaint was the pool it was very cloudy , didn’t look safe to swim and my kids were looking forward to swimming

Marriott TownePlace was nice to place to stay. All the staff were friendly and kind. The only thing that made it a 3 star was the room I got was right by an entrance and right next to a the supply room that we heard everthing all night long.
