"A very interesting and unique property. We had the executive two level suite. The suite is quite dated and soft furnishings need to be replaced. The kitchenette was not particularly useful as there was nothing in the cupboards. I expected some basic utensils, a kettle and dishware to get my grandaughter a little breakfast in the morning but none were to be had. The suite was tidy but really needed a deep cleaning and dusting in my view. The beds were comfortable and the linens were lovely. I would recommend but perhaps dial down your expectations."

"Beds were really comfortable. Fridge , microwave and coffee maker in the room . You could hear every little sound from the hallway. Complementary breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Bathroom unfortunately was cramped. Toilet was really low to the ground. Bathtub was very slippery and if they don’t want someone falling and suing them I would suggest they put some anti slip on it sooner rather then later. Overall a good experience for the cost."

"It's decent value for money. Can be noisy in terms of location. The train tracks behind it run a out once or twice a day. Easy a cea to shops and food."

"Very clean. Amenities were excellent. But guests on the floor above us were awake and making noise into the early morning. It was very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. They also came down to the common area and made noise in the common area during sleeping hours. "

"Beautiful, classy building with a charming backyard that could double as a meditation space. With airline delays, we arrived about two hours late (midnight), but Sam stayed up and greeted us at the door. Breakfast with Sam and Kaz and two other guests was exceptional -- great food, pleasant conversation, everything we look for in a B&B. The room was pristine, nicely decorated in a style that suited this lovely home. We're recommending Burgundy Dream to family members who are flying out next week, and to anyone else we talk to about accommodations. Ken & Judy Maher"
