"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "My stay as a solo traveler was very comfortable. Both young men at the front desk were very helpful and kind, and upon check in, the staff member provided helpful information for my stay. The apartment is very spacious, and important to note; the linens were crisp and bathroom was very clean. The property is a little dated, but it was wonderful for the 4 nights I was in the area.
