"Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly people"

"Odam her gün temizlendi.Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.Teşekkürler her şey için"

"Lovely hotel. Quite quirky but large rooms and interesting decor. Baku itself is fascinating and a city of contrasts."

"Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows."

"I made a reservation and paid the whole amount. However, the hotel unilaterally cancelled my reservation on the day of checking in. I am negotiating the return of my payment, but no progress so far..."

None of 3 pools are heated. Safe box accidentally closed then took 3 hours to find the man with master key. The view is amazing, property and room are pretty clean, but too many cats outside that jump to your table and you can’t leave your plate unattended. Staff were good, friendly. Close to the beach...

"Property was good in that budget but there were bathroom problems water of camod/laterine use to flow out of the sink flew right under our feet & clogged there infront of basin where we were standing & brushing our teeth. During our sleep drops of freezing water flew right beside the bed from the ceiling where it leaked on us. The temperature upon arriving in our room was too hot , upon concerning the condition to manager all he did was opened the window as the ac was set to winter cooling...
