Wirklich toll! Neues, modernes Apartmenthotel mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten das Hotel ohne Verpflegung gebucht und uns selbst versorgt. Dafür war im Zimmer alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir hatten einen tollen Ausgangspunkt, um mit den Liften in die Berge zu fahren. Durch die Jokercard in der Nebensaison sogar gratis. Dazu der erste Schnee in diesem Jahr dort. Traumhaft. Der beheizte Pool draußen und die Sauna im Zimmer sowie die kostenlose Tiefgarage haben es rund gemacht. Toll - wenn auch kein Schnapper.

Nytt och mycket fräscht hotell! Vi var här på sommaren och det finns mycket aktiviteter i närområdet. Backe o lift intill vilket är bra för både downhill eller skidåkning. Att ta sig till centrum är inte långt men kan vara besvärligt för vissa då det är en mycket brant gåväg till/från hotellet. Hotellet rekommenderas!

Visited here in February for a family skiing holiday, staying half-board. The main slope into Saalbach (with Turm 6er & Kohlmaisbahn lifts) is directly accessible from the hotel after a short 1-minute walk. The hotel is well maintained; our room had 1 bedroom and sofabed, there was more than enough space for a family of 4. A sauna in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices and excellent coffee. Plenty of choice for evening meals, the food was of high quality and there was a relaxed family atmosphere. The staff were very helpful.

Alpetur

Hotellet er veldig flott, rommene var store og gode. Fasilitetene og plasseringa er veldig bra med kort vei til sentrum og alpinanlegg. Ca 5 minutt gange. Da som var skuffande med oppholdet var at me ikkje følte oss velkommen på hotellet. Resepsjonisten var fraværende og ikkje interresert i gjestene . Kan óg opplyse om at dersom ein leiger leilighet på hotellet så er det ikkje inkludert toalettpapir, dette må ein kjøpa sjølv. Skifting av handklér og vasking av rom er heller ikkje inkludert. Slikt meiner eg er lavmål for eit 4-stjerners hotell. Var også svært lite informasjon på rom og i resepsjon på engelsk språk.

Disappointing hotel.

We had booked 2 studio apartments for our family holiday. The apartments are spacious, well maintained and clean. The hotel has a storage area for ski equipment, and has a laundry room for use by guests. However, there are several drawbacks to the hotel. It is located at the top of a hill and is about a 1.5 km walk from the village centre. There are no shops/cafes nearby. There is no spa/wellness area/indoor pool. If you want to relax in a jacuzzi after a day on the slopes--book elsewhere. The hotel's restaurant is not available for those with self-catering units. We were told that it's reserved for guests on half board. The website boasts a deli where purchases can be made. It does not exist. Although the units are described as suitable for 2-4 persons, you have to pay for bedding for extra persons at 16 euros per night. If you want to use the laundry room(and did not carry your own washing powder), you can purchase liquid pods from the front desk at 20 euros per wash. The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and lack peoples' skills.

Perfekt hotell för vandringsresa. Bra läge nära kabinbana och centrum. Halvpension med mycket god mat. Personalen mycket serviceminded och trevliga. Kommer definitivt att återvända.

Fantastiskt trevligt!

Mycket fint och hemtrevligt hotell med en mycket serviceinriktad ägarfamilj!Mycket prisvärt, dock kanske lite för exklusiv meny i restaurangen, hade trott att man skulle få lite mer "vanlig" mat. Frukosten var bra, men lite snålt uppdukat!
