Face Masks in the gym: you are correct, according to government regulations, gym users are not mandated to wear masks when participating in strenuous exercise. 2. Please accept my apologies for the food offering in all restaurants but Si Ristorante Italiano, not meeting your expectations. Please share more details with me so as I can share them with the Executive Chef. 3. Late check out is always granted to our guests occupancy permitting and while we dislike having to decline guest requests, we must also consider the wellbeing of guests waiting to check-in. 4. I understand now that the number of towels you prefer to have placed in your room is different to our standards. If we had only know this before your arrival, we would certainly place the number you require. Please accept my apologies once again for not being able to live up to your expectations this time. Nonetheless, I do hope that you will reconsider your decision of not returning to our Resort, and that we will have the opportunity to host you once more. The local authorities send strict directives to all Hotels in Abu Dhabi to be followed with immediate effect.
