"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels...

"Un lieu rare, où l’on se sent accueilli avec une attention vraiment personnalisée, presque sur-mesure. Le service est digne d’un hôtel de grand standing, tout en gardant la chaleur, la finesse et la discrétion d’une maison confidentielle. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que le séjour soit fluide, agréable et reposant : l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité des espaces, l’ambiance générale… tout donne envie de revenir. Honnêtement, on aurait presque envie de garder cette adresse...

"The hotel staff is outstanding, warm hospitality and very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the spa and yoga class was amazing and the restaurant serves flavorful food. I cannot thank enough the hotel staff, I had an amazing stay"
