This hotel was so dirty and dusty, terrible Even though the bed was comfy, room and sheets were so dirty I wouldn't have stay another night Staff was nice

I liked the location of the property and the view of the mountains. The staff was very nice and stowed our stuff for an extended period of time while we waited for our overnight bus, which was very kind of them. The property also had a bar and pool table, which was cool. However, the room itself was extremely dusty, had many dead bugs laying around and needed a deep cleaning. Most mornings we literally woke up with a sore throat from all the dust. The linens also needed replacing and the tv didn’t work.

Hotel bien placé, central entouré de restaus de poisson et crustacés! Personnel accueillant. Il faut savoir qu’ils ne travaillent plus avec hôtels.com alors les contacter pour avoir une resa ! Boat trip tres sympa a 15€ pour une journée: peu de monde ds le bateau, super repas, la même balade qu’on paye le double ou le triple ailleurs

Pas mal
Personnel accueillant mais qui propose des visites avec guide à eviter ... de vrais attrape touristes puisque bcp de promenades peuvent être faites individuellement. Chambres grandes et propres avec matelas chauffant pour les nuits fraîches. Les matelas sont un peu mous et laissent à désirer.

Very helpful staff-warm beds
Tom at the front desk was very helpful arranging tours for us esp since I had an injured foot. Electric pads at night kept us warm. Great place and great value.

見晴よく、中心街からほんの少し離れているため、喧噪が抑えられていました。
トレッキングの手配もしている。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、それなりに清潔感が保たれていました。 歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー完備。冷蔵庫はなし。履き替え用ゴムスリッパあり。 窓の外が崖だったのが残念。部屋によっては遠景が眺められそう。 隣室のシャワーの音がかなり響きました。

Never again
Booked a long time ago, but when i there, it seems they can't find my booking. Obviously, they reserved my room for some others who paid more. Typical of such countries, where they just want to earn the extra dollars.Got me to transfer to another run-down place further up the slope, and i got hit by a motorbike when walking down. Definitely got better places to choose

Rapport qualité -prix très correct ...
Avons passé une seule nuit à Sapa . L'hôtel green vallée est économique et suffit largement pour une nuit.Il est vieillissant mais propre et le staff est gentil .Il n'est loin du centre ville .

Simple & basic
Staff was nice. Ladies at the front desk spoke English. A little ways from the action but great if you like a little quietness. Room was a descent size.

Comfy and quiet stay
Worth it to walk a few minutes for a quiet place to stay. It was clean and bed/pillows very comfy.

Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, le boss aussi Ils sont toujours présents Pas très loin du centre.

Seul le prix était attractif
Pas top. L'avantage principale était le prix, et la gentillesse de quelque personnes du staff. Désavantages : douche fonctionnant mal, pas super propre, et n'étant pas fumeurs, les parties communes sont très enfumé. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre (et en ce moment proche d'un Hotel en construction).

Poor option in terms of what is available in Sapa
The hotel is more of a hostel with a few private rooms. Those with private rooms do not benefit much more than those in a dorm room. Reception desk was normally unattended mattress was lumpy and sank in the middle. The fitted bottom sheet did not actually fit so i awoke sleeping on bare mattress. There was no travel or tour advice offered as such the Lonely Planet guide is inaccurate in that regard. This hotel may be fine for somebody staying in a dorm room but i paid commercial rates for very little. There is so much building construction occurring in sapa at the moment that its hard to find any solitude, best to get out of the town into the nearby villages and do homestay. Noisy construction was happenning late into night and on weekend incl jack hammers and power tools.

I can have a good sleep at night, but it is not air conditioned. The staff are so nice.

Much better place for few dollars more
We were in Sapa at winter time and there was no isolation at all in our room, so we were frozen. The humidity is a big problem too. Hopefully there was a electric blanket which save our lifes as there was no heater. Otherwise the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was not really helpful and serious. Most of the time nobody was at the reception. It's 10 minutes walk from the center, but We found a place much better and comfortable in the center for few dollars more.

Ils etaient cool! toujours là pour rendre service. il y a une cheminée quand il fait frisqué. Et dans le "dortoir" c'est des lits 2 places donc c'est chouette. Faites une ballade en scooter et un tour en haut du mont fransipan.

Good for a sapa hotel.
Very friendly place, good for backpackers too. Like almost all hotels in vietnam, its family runned.

Dirt cheap and great wifi connection!
Place is a bit run down, but has one of the better wifi connection in Sa Pa.

Schönes preiswertes Hostel mit tollem Blick
Die Zimmerausstattung ist dem Preis angemessen, die Zimmer sind geräumig und wir hatten die 303 mit super Blick in das Tal. Der Service war top! Bus Tickets kaufen und Mofas mieten alles super geklappt. Billardtisch zur kostenlosen Nutzung!

First,,,we ask for double bed at the reservation but they give us 2 single bed after argue they give us a room with double bed but front to the laundry vew,,so we stay one night and move the day after

3 nights in Sapa
Stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The room was nice and big with a comfy bed but the wifi wasn't great on 3rd floor. Location was good being only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants. We always like to ask the owners/staff about the local area and didn't feel like they were interested in talking to us or helpful with any advice

Green Valley the best backpackershostel in Sapa
Great value for this cheap hostel. They even have a pooltable! The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had a big room with private terrace overlooked the green hills and rice fields. Good breakfast ......favorite bananamuesli! Bit out of the backpackers hubbub but we really apreciate the silence. Motorbikes for rent and helpfull traveling advice and booking.

2nde fois en 5 ans.Même problème d'humidité dans les chambres (pas de clim/fan).Très grande chambre qui donnait sur la rue avec une vue très chouette sur la vallée,mais la moitié des chambres sont très sombres et n'ont pas de vue.Resto assez gras et niveau rapport qualité/quantité/prix moyen.Wifi chambre/hôtel marchait très peu.Pas de frigo dans la chambre.Eau chaude OK.Gros problème pour ma chambre car il y avaient des travaux de construction d'une nouvelle chambre juste à côté de la mienne,et cela ne m'avait pas été dit au check in!Résultat,tous les matins,à 6h,réveil en fanfare et cela dure jusqu'à au moins 18h!Les propriétaires se sont excusés pour la gène,mais ils ne m'ont pas fait de ristourne ou proposé une petite compensation, sachant qu'en plus, je restais 6 jours et que cela était ma 2nde fois dans leur hôtel.Mais sinon le Personnel était ADORABLE!L'hôtel est placé en contre-bas du centre,mais la montée vers le centre est pleine de resto et de shops.Location de moto/scooter à un prix OK,que l'on peut utiliser du matin tôt, au soir tard,ce qui est très appréciable.Le billard est gratuit.Par contre,le bus de 22h pour Hanoï réservé avec eux,ne correspond pas au descriptif qu'il en est fait à l'hôtel:clim ne marchait quasiment pas (environ 30 degrés dans le bus toute la nuit),arrêts fréquents et surtout terminus pas dans le Old Quarter comme annoncé.Cet hôtel a du charme,malgré les travaux et le resto moyen.

nice view from hotel
The hotel is far from downtown, restaurants, stores and etc. but conviniet location if you want to visit interesting villages Ta Van, Lai Chau and etc. Mold on the walls and ceiling, I changed two rooms but there are the same mold, the smell of mustiness in furniture. At the description of this hotel's rooms is written there are TV and phone inside rooms but it is not correct information. There's no neither TV nor phone in any of the rooms. Repair everywhere. It is nightmare. Repair at the hotel and neighboring buildings begin at 6 a.m. and finish at 11 p.m. You can hear hammering even at midnight.

Would definately visit again
I had a lovely stay, the hotel was being decorated in stages. Which it definately needed. But no complaints, my room was huge compared to other hotels and my view of th valley was exceptional

nice, quiet and cheap.
We stayed in green valley hotel for 1 night. The room was large and clean, great view to the valley. The bed was comfortable. Nice staff. And nice lobby with fireplace and pool table. The location is a bit far from the center.

Great for what it is
Clean, safe, good people staying, walking distance from the city and cheap rates. Overlooking the rice fields in the valley. Can't complain

Hard beds, nice breakfast room.
I loved the breakfast room, come bar with pool table. Great place to meet all the other guests. Only criticism is the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a wooden floor. No mattress just the base. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect, amazing view!
We loved our stay here, best in vietnam! There's no air con but they gave us a fan, and it is much cooler in sapa than the rest of vn. The room was clean, service was great, food was great, and the most amazing views. Thankyou for the stay!

Ett enkelt hotell med trevlig personal och där man kan träffa en del andra resenärer. Samling kring biljardbordet i restaurangen. Dåligt underhåll på lampor, tv m.m. i rummet. Hyfsad städning. Ligger ett par minuter från centrum, men det gör inget. Prisvärt om man är ute efter ett ställe där man kan sova.
