"We were checked in by a very pleasant member of staff, who perfectly explained the facilities and amenities open to us at the hotel. Our room, on the 21st floor, has an outstanding view of Niagara Falls. It could not have been better! "We had a really nice stay with a lot of great conveniences within walking distance. Beautifully clean and super-nice staff. The only real complaint I could have would be the cost of parking. $100 valet? $75 parking at the hotel? And $35 off-site? That's PER NIGHT! I think the cost of the hotel should include at least that!! Be aware of that ahead of time because once you're there, you gotta park somewhere!"
