Lovely hotel, clean and friendly

We had a lovely stay here, the staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to set you up for the day. The communication for a late check in was clear and concise. Would stay again

Great Family Accommodation

Had a great stay here. It's been 12 years since our last visit and was glad to see that there was a high level of cleanliness. Room was comfortable for our stay and our children were well accommodated. Only a 5 min walk from Europa Park which was a huge bonus!

Second time and always a pleasure

This is the second time we are staying at this hôtel but the first time with our kids. The place is very nice, people are welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable and has all the necessary items. The breakfast is amazing and everything is delicious! A coffee machine in the hallway for the early birds would be a plus to this already more than enjoyable hotel ;)

Very close to Europa Park but in a quiet village. Very clean, air conditioned, good breakfast, 10 minutes walk to the park with Rulantica water park nearby. Highly recommended.

Very convenient as it is close to Europapark, the breakfast had the necessary sweet and salty for everyone. The hotel is quite noisy in the morning if you want to wake up late lol. Any how, cool hotel !!

Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The room was serviced daily and the maids made cute shapes with our pajamas which the kids loved. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked during busy periods. Thank you for a lovely family stay.

Overall a nice stay for Europa Park

This was a nice hotel with perfect location for walking to both Europa Park and to a number of restaurants. Everything was within 3-10 mins walk. We didn't touch the car during our stay. The breakfast was lovely and the AC worked very well in the room (no AC in breakfast area). The room was nice with enough space. The only two complaints I have are on the beds and the water pressure in the shower. The beds were too hard - harder than most hotel beds, even if pretty hard beds are common in hotels. Also, when others were showering at the same time as me, our shower was only dripping and it was almost impossible to rinse the conditioner off:( We stayed in room 22, familyroom.

Great place for Europe park

An easy short walk to Europa park entrance and nearby restaurants (for some reason most are pizzerias!), this place was great. Check in, since I was late arriving (around 9pm), was by getting a key from the lock box. This can be annoying sometimes when you've been traveling all day, but it was easy to find and was inside the hotels open door, out of the rain. The room was a nice and clean, and with a modern and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was decent and the staff working there were really nice and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful in organising a taxi back to the train station for me.

Das Hotel liegt ideal im Lauf Nähe zum Europa-Park und hat einen großen Parkplatz, der ab in der Früh schon genutzt werden kann. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wir hatten ein Vier Bettzimmer, mit einem großen Doppelbett und einem Stock Bett, das Bad war geräumig und die Dusche ausreichend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch beheizt waren die Zimmer jetzt im Dezember/Januar ideal und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück findet in einem großen Raum statt, ebenfalls alles schön angerichtet und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, für jeden war etwas dabei und qualitativ wirklich hochwertig. Zudem gibt es noch einen großen Aufenthaltsraum, wo man sich selber Getränke/Snacks holen kann und auf das Zimmer schreiben kann. Also wie gesagt für ein Kurz Aufenthalt ideale Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Sehr saubere, neu renovierte und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage ist ein großes Plus. Das Hotel bietet ausreichend Parkplätze und ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Europapark entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich lecker. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen und alles ist frisch, lecker und wird ständig nachgefüllt. Ich war schon mehrmals hier Gast und bin immer wieder begeistert.

Wir waren zu Besuch im Europapark und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können. Der Park ist nicht nur bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sondern die Unterkunft selbst ist auch sehr gepflegt und praktisch gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal, das leckere Frühstück und die saubere Einrichtung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne jederzeit wieder!

Lækkert stort værelse med god plads til familien på fem (tre store børn). Gode senge, nyt, rent og pænt. Stille - god akustik både på gange og i morgenmadslokalet. Virkelig god morgenmad. Vi er meget tilfredse - vi kommer tilbage!

Très bon accueil et service du petit déjeuner. Seul bémol : des couettes une place au lieu d’une grande couette double (inconvénient pour les grands), et les volets qui ne descendaient pas jusqu’en bas laissant passer la lumière du jour au matin très tôt.
