"Checking in and parking was easy. The room was old and not properly maintained. There was dirt caked on the lamp, dust on the walls, and the bathroom sink was leaking. It was a place to lay our head with a bed that did not have bed bugs. That's about the only positive thing I can say about it."

"I reserved a suite with two Queen beds and a separate living area, expecting a functional space where we could relax and use the additional room as advertised. Unfortunately, the “living area” was essentially unusable. There were no chairs, no couch, no desk chair, and no lamps or lighting of any kind in the extra room. The space contained only a TV mounted on the wall — with nothing to sit on to actually watch it. The area was completely empty, making the suite feel misleading and not worth...

"Building is a bit worn down. Felt like everything needed a deep cleaning. Breakfast was decent. "

"The toilet tank did not fill properly. I told them about it, and they said yes room 111 has an issue with the toilet. No maintenance on hand to fix it. I had to use a 5 gallon bucket that I had to flush toilet. And yet they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for our 7.5 pound toy poodle that basically drank their water. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I would not recommend staying there. Bad customer service."

"We stayed just one night but would definitely stay there again. It’s not a super new updated hotel but staff was amazing, continental breakfast area was clean and very nice, and rooms were clean and fit our needs for what we needed at a reasonable price! "
