"Clean and nice"

"All was good"

"Hotel was in a very quiet and safe area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite with kitchen and it was clean, spacious and well equipped. Two tv's in suite is nice if you have family. Bathroom was very large. Beds and pillows were very comfy."

"Good stay"

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"The lady in the Front Desk is alwaya on her mobile phone ON SPEAKER and when a Guest comes just tells the person on the other line that she is assisting a guest so the person will not speak. But all the background noise from the phone can be heard. Totally unprofessional! The hot water in the lobby is unavailable and the staff for the overnight shift will just say that the water for the thermos is being prepared. Since it's just water, best to leave the thermos so its accessible anytime...

"Upon arrival, both rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the accommodations unpleasant. In addition, the bed sheets in both rooms had visible stains. When this was reported, fresh replacement sheets were not provided. Furthermore, the bathtub was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and had a visible ring of dirt around it."

"It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet."

"Pool is great."

"Clean room, nice staff"
