The way pool loungers are acquired is very poor and needs addressed. Too many dishonest people ruin it for everyone else.

Staff, room, hotel, pool and restaurant were wonderful! The beach access with Bonnie Moon was great. Even provided birthday beers and cake for my husbands birthday!

Room was very clean, check in was confusing at first but was very efficient. The property in in the best location, near the most beautiful beach. Staff are friendly and I loved the bbqs. Regal Beach Club
Our room was double booked however they accommodated us nicely and no issues. Great customer service.
