"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Stay here!!! There are a lot of places to stay in Florence but we chose this place for a lot of reasons. First, we are driving around Italy so we needed to park the car and this is inside the NTZ. They will valet your car and take it to the garage. Yes it costs more but well worth it! They will give you directions to get there by car but we did not find it helpful as many roads are under construction. Just put the hotel into your gps and go the way your gos says.
