In a small village on the holiday island Langeland, more precisely between the towns Rudkøbing and Spodsbjerg, one finds this idyllic half-timbered house with thatched roof. It was lovingly restored in 2019 and presents itself since then with a bright, homelike ambience. The house has a cozy living room with wood burning stove and TV with Chromecast. An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump was installed in the combined kitchen / living room. Bathroom with shower / WC in the house. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The house also has a good 500 m2 large, undisturbed nature plot with protective trees. No rental to youth groups desired!
