"Very nice hotel. Reviews prior to our stay seemed to be accurate. Staff was all super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot in the mornings and well stocked. Our room was clean and had a nice odor, did not smell dirty. Beds were comfortable. We stayed 4 nights while visiting our daughter and son in law who is stationed at JBLM and enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Unlike most other hotels with these amenities, the pool area did not smell of chlorine or chemicals, and neither did the lobby of the hotel which typically does when there is a pool nearby. The pool area was indoor but had a great ventilation system which did a wonderful job of keeping the pool smell minimal. The pool and hot tub were both clean and the pool area was fully stocked on towels both days we used it. If I had to find one "complaint" it would be that the hallway carpets could be vacuumed more frequently. I only heard a vacuum cleaner once the 4 nights/5 days we were there and it was not done in the hall, it was being used to clean a guest room. After housekeeping finished and left the floor, the carpet was still in need of a vacuuming. Otherwise, a great stay and will absolutely stay again! And as an added bonus, our 3rd floor room had a phenomenal view of Mt. Renier."
