"Two reasons we won’t return to the Margaritaville: 1. Beds are extremely firm. This was our third time staying there and the last two times I was unable to sleep because of the bed. If you like a firm bed, you may do better. 2. Kids! The last two times we stayed, there was a little league tournament in town. The hotel was overrun with yelling kids and families. Otherwise, the staff is nice, the happy hour is great (although kids are there too), and there’s a nice pool (with lots of kids)."

"It's an aging hotel with older furnishings that seems like it was probably really nice back in the 90s but is now kind of run-down. However, it was a good value for the price, I slept just fine, and the staff was GREAT! The shuttle driver, the ladies at the front desk, and the kitchen staff that I interacted with were all absolutely lovely. I would stay here again. "

"BREAKFAST: I much appreciate the fact that oat milk was provided. On the downside, both kinds of breakfast cereal provided contain honey. Honey, being an animal product, is not consumed by vegans. MAINTENANCE: In our room (Room 114), the sink drains slowly."

"Property was older but kept up decently. There was a creaking coming from the fridge cabinet and I had to get out of bed at 3am to turn on the air conditioner to get that noise to be drowned out. It was an intermittent noise, probably from the age of the fridge, and only happened every 7-10 seconds. Breakfast was okay, the potatoes were soggy and not tasty, but the egg and sausage was ok. Everything else there was just ok. The room was not bad, just dated, like the property. Had a decent nights sleep after a long day of traveling. Mo"

"Easy check in, first room was not clean, candy wrappers and a used bed, but was quickly resolved and upgraded to a suite. We left a day early and because I had prepaid through hotels.com I was refunded anything. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Ample parking. Gas station right next door which was nice. Panera was only a block or so away, beautiful restaurant and excellent food for our in room movie watching. "

"The lady at front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. There is only 1 elevator and is VERY slow. Also 2 of the 3 Ice machines were out of order."
