We were offered a drink from the bar when we arrived and on departure a coffee for the journey, never have we had this while staying in a pub! "No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. "We enjoyed our stay at the Apex City It was a wonderful visit to Bath. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. The location is walkable to dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The hotel was also very clean and quiet despite being on a busy road and having tour groups staying at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "
