Dear Guests,It saddens us to read a review that is far from the truth. Our Residence does not have a night shift and all late arrivals must be informed in advance. Although we came after 15 mins from your call, to open the doors to accomodate you and check you in, you stated that you were waiting 2 hours even though the camera data says otherwise.We reccomend all our guests to inform us in advance in case of late check-ins to avoid inconveniences.Residence Rovinj&
