It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area. The guests also have a private terrace available with seating area overlooking the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned. A spacious garden and private parking in the yard of the house are on the guests' disposal. Breakfast is available with extra charges. Small pets are welcome, with an additional fee. The first beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and so is the city center.
