Neither we nor Expedia could reach the proprietor despite leaving several voicemails and emails. Neighbors said this happens a lot with this property and they help a lot of stranded travelers. "Man braucht einen Code für den Zugang. Den haben wir nicht erhalten. Soweit, so gut. Das kann ja passieren. Aber vor Ort war niemand erreichbar. Also keine Chance, in das Hotel zu kommen. Mussten uns dann ein neues Hotel suchen. Ziemlich unproffesionell. Nie wieder! "

"There isn't much to do in Rotterdam, however if you do plan to go to Rotterdam, I really enjoyed the 4-bed room that I was in. The room was very clean, brightly lit, and inviting. The staff were very helpful and nice as well. The hostel is easily accessibly via public transit and bike paths, but is a tad far from the main shopping center and central station. "
