"2 days well spent at this lovely homely property! Located in a great place with easy parking. Richard is a right bloke, would loved to have stayed up talking to him at the bar but after walking the local fells went to relax in the brilliant room. The hosts put their heart & soul into making everything perfect. We would certainly return. "

The hotel is a short walk in to the little town where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars. The hotel over looks the boat docks so you can easily get boat tours around the lake. "we had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren in December, the hotel was beautiful and the seasonal decorations where truly spectacular. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was fabulous with a queen size bed as well as bunk beds for the children. The dining room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the lake. Would 100% stay here again. "
