"Pulling into the parking lot all ready felt unsecured. I could not sleep all night, worried about the car getting broken into and people going up and down hall way. There was several homeless people in the area. Front desk was rude at checkin and when asked for pool towels 10 mims are checkin they acted like they didn't know us and wanted room number, last name how people in the room etc. It was awful."

"It's renovated so the bedding, sink, everything is nice. Truly appreciate the grab bars to get in and out of the tub. There's just a couple of things. It's a one way in and out, so you need to figure out a way to turn around to leave or back into the space. Also, the floor by the bent had a slight indentation so you just have to watch out for that. I just got out of the bed on the other side. The next building has a Hispanic store so that may come in handy if you like that. Was very quiet, not the best part of town but I didnt have any problems. All in all, a good deal for your money. Whoever designed the rooms did a good job."

"Other than they are short handed, it was great, you had to wait for the evening person for a while to get service at the front desk, he was all over the place, laundry stocking etc, The tv remote needed batteries I called the 1st evening, he said if he could get there he would bring some 3 night stay no remote but other than that it was great!"

"We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees". Gross corporate greed. I could understand $50-100 per room, but $2000 for a little paperwork is disgusting. Couldn't speak to the facility at all as we never saw it. I will forever avoid Omni properties at all cost going forward. Would NOT recommend."
